Check out Rhyl's 'new' redesigned Promenade complex, the DRIFT PARK.The observation car rotates as it lifts around a central column and rises to 240 ft whilst a taped message gives information on the views of the Bay, wind farm, Snowdonian Mountains. You'll be impressed!
