About Piggery Pottery

From Piggery Pottery: A beautiful Pottery Studio located in Gwynedd, Wales, UK.,specialising in children's nightlights and hand painted pottery. Piggery Pottery started creating hand painted pottery in an old pigsty (hence the name) in 1972 in a the small village of Campsall in the West Riding of Yorkshire in the UK. Founders of the pottery studio were Barbara & Ian Winrow. The company was relocated to Llanberis in North Wales in 1985, and then to current site (between Llanberis and Caernarfon) in 2002. Today we manufacture numerous hand painted pottery items including childrens nightlights, piggy banks and commemorative items. We can export to USA Japan, and numerous EEC COUNTRIES. All our products are hand painted, pottery products, even our beautiful children's nightlights which help children sleep at night peacefully. All are designed by Barbara Winrow an award winning designer. All products are made in our own pottery studio workshop by a team of local craftspeople.
