The British Wildlife Centre is home to the finest collection of native species in the country. You'll see and learn about over 40 wild species including otters, foxes, Scottish wildcats, badgers and more.
The Centre includes the UK's first walk-through red squirrel enclosure where you can walk amongst free-ranging red squirrels in their own wooded copse. Regular keeper talks are held throughout the day so you can see the animals up close and learn more about them.
A REAL natural history lesson! The Centre is wheelchair friendly, includes free parking, picnic areas, a coffee shop and gift shop.
Open weekends from March to October and daily during state school holidays.
