The MegaCentre Rayleigh houses the following
Megazone Laser Games
Adults and children from approx. 7 years can join in the fun with the excitement and experience of the Megazone Laser game, set in our 2 story arena for up to 40 players.
The game consists of each player wearing a specially designed pack, which records individual scores based on how many times you shoot other players and how many times you get shot yourself. Game modes can be adjusted to fit your needs, whether you want to just enjoy a game with your children or help your colleagues in a team building game.
Our team with give you a full explanation on how to play to game and will be on hand for help and support during game play.
MegaPlay Soft Adventure Play
MegaPlay is a Soft Play Area set over 3 levels for children aged 0-11. It has a separate under 5’s section and is adjacent to a large café.
The play area has a Drop Slide, Astra slide, Ball Cannons and a Traverse Climbing Wall as well as Rope Bridges, Gliders and Targets
All Children and Adults entering the Soft Play Area are required to wear socks at all times and clothing that is comfortable and will cover arms and legs.
S-kape
S-kape is a dynamic youth club run by qualified youth workers and volunteers. The club is owned by the Active Christian Trust, a local Christian Charity. It’s a place where all young people are welcome and are valued.
S-Kape is open on weeknights during term time for different age groups - see Opening Times for details of the various age ranges that apply to each club.
S-Kape has a coffee bar for drinks and snacks, internet access and lots of information that may be important to you. There is also a great gaming area set up with a PS3, Xbox and two Nintendo Wii’s that includes an ever growing selection of the latest games.
Within S-Kape, there are different activities for different evenings and these activities change regularly. Currently we have:
Sports night, which is run by a professional sports coach;
Media workshops i.e. film making, art projects; various dance classes (break dancing to ballet);
Guitar and drum lessons run by accredited tutors in our professional sound proofed music rooms.
Professional D.J. equipment for those interested in learning how to D.J. There is also a great new music project starting soon!!!
The Active Christian Trust owns the Warehouse Centre Ltd and this business, which runs Megazone and Mega Play; helps provide the financial support which enables S-Kape to operate.
