SkyBlueRed Studio is an not-for-profit tea room and gallery / art space where you can enjoy a hand blended tea in vintage china, eat home-made cakes and lunches, paint a pot, take up an art session or buy unique high quality contemporary art and craft from local artists and makers. We welcome everyone at the shop.
We were set up by two community artists, Miki Rogers and Helen Wright and our overall aim is to provide a creative hub for the local community. The income from the shop allows us to provide a space where people from vulnerable groups can have work experience ( particularly those with special needs) can access work experience opportunities and art / enterprise activities as well as selling in the shop alongside fellow local artists. We work very closely with our local community groups and feel we are truly a community resource as well as a wonderful place to while away an hour or two.
