Bramham Park is a splendid Queen Anne mansion, containing fine collections of furniture, porcelain and paintings and is set in the peaceful tranquillity of 66 acres of formal grounds and 100 acres of pleasure grounds. (House open by appointment for groups of 10 mornings only).
The gardens are unique in the British Isles for their 'grand vista' design inspired by Andre le Notre, who created Versailles. They remain as they were originally laid out, over 250 years ago, with ornamental ponds, cascades, tall beech hedges and loggias of various shapes. The gardens are noted for the magnificent display of daffodils and other spring flowers. Throughout the summer a fine display of flowers of infinite variety vie with the roses for your enjoyment. Dogs may be walked in the grounds and gardens, but must be kept on a lead.
